You play low in dummy, ruff and play a couple of high trumps. West shows out (they always do in problems!). Obviously, you now have to guard against diamonds breaking 4/1.

If you play the Queen, Ace and King and of diamonds, East will show out on the second diamond now. He won't ruff in yet, however, because he would then be endplayed to lead a spade, setting up the King or giving you a club trick (he surely has the club King from the bidding).

Having won the third diamond, what can you do now? If you try to ruff the fourth diamond East will simply overruff and exit with the Ace of spades. You have no entry to the winning spade.

Is there a squeeze or another line?
